Comedy Bar Shows Can Be Enjoying!
Comedy bars in the Philippines can really be enjoying if you are into your mood of light drinking with a combination of karaoke singing (& sometimes, dancing!) coupled with seeing some of your favorite TV comedians & artists perform infront of you live on a stage. Here are some slides I took when our group went to Zirkoh Greenhills last weekend. Featured that week were Wally, Jose, & the EB Babes. (Click the speaker icon if you want to hear the music video.)

I have no complaint about the show when we went at Zirkoh. I just want to comment on the "massage boys" inside the "CR". These guys approached you from the back and give you a neck massage as soon as you start "peeing" ! They will tell you:"pang-alis ng hilo!" Even if you gave hint that you are not taking any hard drink, they will continue the massage process up until you went to the sink to wash your hand. While washing your hand, at least 2 more personnel will approach you and provide additional massage on your legs and the whole body! Bottomline, I feel irritated! I hope these guys learn to read body language or read between the lines. If the customer hinted that he do not want a massage, stop doing it. It might cause me to have kidney problem next time I go there cause I will opt not to go to the toilet anymore! Tiisin ko na lang! It's not about the "tip" that you will give them as "bahala- na-kayo-fee" but rather on the style they are doing this. It's almost as if the customer has no choice to what they want to do to you! Maybe better is a "CR fee". You know the fee to using the toilet. Its sort of a funding so they can keep the toilet always nice-smelling and clean! I am sure this is less "garapal".
